Bookings are made and accepted only on the following conditions.

1. The apartment sleeps 2.
2. There is no dedicated car parking. There is, however, unrestricted on-street parking.
3. The apartment operates a no smoking policy.
4. Pets are not allowed.
5. Reasonable amounts of gas, electricity and water are included.
6. Bed linen and towels are included but please bring your own beach towels.
7. A 25% deposit is required for booking and payment in full to be made 1 month ahead of arrival date.
8. All bookings are non refundable and you are advised to take an insurance in the unlikely event that you may have to cancel.
9. We do not require the holidaymaker to make any deposits as security. However we would ask them to respect the accommodation and contents and to leave these in a clean and tidy condition. We ask that guests report any damages or breakages to us as they occur to enable us to make repairs / replacements for their own comfort and safety.
10. In order that your accommodation can be properly prepared, it is important that you do not arrive before 3.00pm and that you depart by 11.00am. Please do not ask to obtain access to the apartment early as a refusal often offends.
11. Method of payment is only by cheque by post made payable to Mr. J. Hambly.
